MACHINING

We are capable of handling your most complex machining demands. Our state-of-the-art machining centers, together with our world class processes, allow your quality, cost and production goals to be met.

  •           All of Will-Mor’s Horizontal Machining Centers are full 4-axis machines with a minimum of 2 pallets per machine. This allows for external clamping, maximizing cutting time. We also incorporate manufacturing cells on many of our components with multiple operations. With the cells we are able to maximize throughput and have local cell ownership insuring consistently high quality while reducing your costs.

  •            Our complement of CNC turning centers allows us to turn your most complex parts up to 36” in diameter and can cut your most exotic alloys to exacting tolerances.

  •   Will-Mor is NADCAP certified for Conventional Machining as a Special Process
